UGE's jobs site says flight privileges but as a new hire UGE I'm not sure who would be lower than you on the pecking order, and I also think they're more restricted as far as airlines, etc. than mainline employees.

IIRC Delta's version of UGE which was called Delta Global Services (DGS) started with non-rev privs but I seem to remember hearing that there were changes to that relationship a few years ago

Again IIRC non captive ground handling agents like Swissport and DNATA are flightless, but they also have very different relationships with the airlines they serve.
