UA F BOS-EWR. Nothing preflight. And despite pilot announcing 25 minutes of cruise at 13k and seat belt off, flight attendants sat entire flight. They told me seat mate passenger no service even in first under 300 miles. Sara would be so proud. Militant service.
I can’t even keep up with UA service standards in F. Are there even any? 80 flights this year and it’s all over the map - like the ATC in the movie Airplane!

5/9 EWR DFW - 737-800 - nothing offered. Everything on time, etc. Side -note, the tv at 2 seats was inop, and we were paged to the gate, and given $150 voucher for the inconvenience.
5/10 DFW - ORD 737-800 - catering arrived after boarding started. Processo and water offered PDB. Amazing how they could do that! That's a great crew. So tired ot the inconsistencies.

5/12/23 - FAR-ORD UA4634 (SkyWest) - Absolutely fabulous FA. She went to each passenger (I'm assuming the GS/1K first since she seemed to hop around) and then Front to Back. Greeted each passenger by last night and then asked what we would like for a PDB. None of this "OJ or water?" business. Full bar. Once in the air, very proactive and multiple passes. Thank you Donna (sent a DM to UA via Twitter)
ORD-ALB UA 1467 - another great FA. Offered water or sparkling wine for PDB. And then very attentive/proactive and multiple passes.

On my flight last night out of DEN, we were just offered sparkling wine or water. As the FA was pouring them, another FA came up and asked why are you pouring blue cups? Who offered that?
that was disappointing to hear, but the rest of the service was great.

05/18/23 UA 2320 LAX-LAS Mainline No PDB
05/23/23 UA 2320 LAX-LAS Mainline No PDB
Moral of the story: don't fly upfront on LAX-LAS if you want a PDB.

5/24/23 UA1587 IAH-ORD Mainline, PDB was a choice between mimosa, OJ and water already poured into blue cups. Perhaps because it was a 7:05am flight?
We'll see what happens on our return this Sunday during the afternoon.

6/5 MIA-EWR 19:10 DEP - Nothing, pushed 10 mins early, also been in air for almost an hour and just got beverage service. E+ definitely got drinks before anyone in F on this flight. (No weather/turbulance)

6/8 DEN-ORD 19:13 DEP. Mainline 737-900. Nothing offered. Plenty of time. Aisle was clear and crew were unhurried. Service for rest of flight was ok.
last 3 times in F I have been 0/3 (two skywest one mainline) before that it was ok. Feels like fewer crews are offering PDBs

Solid service throughout, crew all pleasant.
