Great news. Does travel has to be COMPLETED by the expiration date of the ecert or just BOOKED by that date?

Wow, great news !!! I had been waiting for a couple of them that error out when I requested an ETC while cancelling a reservation during waiver period. They told me to wait 8 weeks for it, and I was already on week 6. Was thinking about calling soon, but they are all there with PIN and everything

Even better, I found that I could convert a cancelled flight into a ETC by simply clicking on a button.
I did so and now the ETC shows up in my account with an end date of 5/6/2022. :

and no way to delete them off your page.. like past reservations..

for ETCs, travel needs to be booked prior to expiration

This is great! All of them are there, including ones that are residuals from a changed flight and never got emailed.

I was expecting to see three, but only saw one. Then I realized the other two must be in my wife's name, and indeed I found them there. Amazingly, they all match my personal records, too!
