Code share in-route changes and ticket reissue
Is it common for code share partners to reissue tickets on their own ticket stock when changes are made after the the first flight?
Trip booked on United, first two segments on United stock ‘and on United metal*’
Swiss then reissued ticket on next segment (on Swiss) due to late arrival. Ticket reissued on Swiss stock.
Return was on LH but an equipment change required a new boarding pass, now issued on LH stock.
My concern is how mileage and ticket value will be calculated with UA since they were the issuing carrier.
Thoughts?

If IRROPs, anything flies - can be rebooked on anything as long as airline allows and you agree

Per thread&wiki above in my first link, you can try to request for original routing credit with United, even if rebooked on another airline. Only problem is you were originally booked on LH/Swiss no UA, check thread for past experiences

Rebook in the following carrier order, depending on frequency of flights and the customer’s best interest:
Original receiving carrier
Own airline/Carrier Group
Star Alliance member airline
Non-Star Alliance member airline (OAL)
