Is it common for code share partners to reissue tickets on their own ticket stock when changes are made after the the first flight?

Trip booked on United, first two segments on United stock ‘and on United metal*’
Swiss then reissued ticket on next segment (on Swiss) due to late arrival. Ticket reissued on Swiss stock.

Return was on LH but an equipment change required a new boarding pass, now issued on LH stock.

My concern is how mileage and ticket value will be calculated with UA since they were the issuing carrier.

Thoughts?
