I received my 1K kit yesterday, contents the same as everyone else. No MM companion card, and the Mrs was pretty ticked about that !

Same for me... 1K kit arrived early this week but no MM companion stuff.

FWIW, got my 1K kit today. I didn't understand what folks were talking about WRT the window, so here's a few shots of the box.

If you lift the flap which has the window cut out, the photo graphic cover of the packet that holds the 1K materials is kept in a recess and held in place with two tabs:

It made me sick to see it. It’s worse than last year. What a waste.

Apparently my 1K Kit was sent to my wife’s company’s office in a different state. The only thing I can think of is that at some point I booked a ticket for her for work while logged in to my MP account and put that address in as the billing address. I guess they almost threw it away!!

Will MM companion 1K/GS receive the kit?

They have not in recent years but there are reports of no companion card in the member kits and some references to virtual card. No reports of companions having received a separate kit. So at this point, insufficient info to draw any conclusion.

What if the GS companion is 1K by own qualification?

1K kit or nothing?

Probably too small of a subset to have many other posted examples. There are still 3 weeks or more for kit arrivals, so unless there has been a matching case posted, it is still a wait and see.

My MM companion got one previous years but nothing this time.

I’m a 1MM companion who receives gold by default but myself attained platinum in 2018, 1K during 2019 and now am GS (MM alternates between gold and plat depending on yearly spend)

I received plat kit in 2018, 1K kit this past summer when I made it and sure as heck better get a GS kit but nothing yet as I’ve been GS for less than a week.

Ill also add I never received anything during years I made gold or less.

In recent years Golds has not received membership kits There was nothing you were to receive.

I received my kit today. 1K with all the things folks have listed BUT it was missing the 1K card and luggage tags for my MM companion (my son). Normally this arrived in this same package as my card.

Has something changed this year?

(I see others posted that in past years their MM companion got a separate package but for the past couple of years my MM companion card and luggage tags arrived with mine.)
