I don't get people who get nervous around a CEO or Senior Exec (SVP, etc). They put their shoes on the same way we all do and have to deal with similar realities. Maybe I'm just used to it (not a Sr Exec at my company but I'm writing this sitting in a room with two SVPs).

Haven't seen Oscar on my planes as of yet...

What did he have to say about BKK?

No. In fact, I've met someone at some FT event who claimed to have sat next to Anderson for a domestic flight.

He is a corporate officer. So he can't be offloaded. That means I have to go.
What, the new qualification rules? I don't consider that a PNG event at all. It's their business, they can change that any way they want. In fact, I appreciate the transparency - the dollar matters, nothing else does. Reward the people who spend the most with you - I get it. Don't have to like it, but I appreciate being straight-up about it.

No, of course not. That's silly. My boss can fire me. My boss' boss can fire me. My boss' boss' boss can fire me, and the CEO can fire me. The director of HR can fire me. And I'm sure there's a pile of other folks with that kind of veto power, all of whom I work with on a daily basis. Why would I be nervous because someone with a higher title than me is in the room? Everybody poops.

I get nervous about delayed flights that might cause me to miss my son's Little League games. That's what really matters.

If in INTL C, I’d ask how he likes the pig slop chow and unnamed plonk that they’re passing off as wine.

That's pretty cool that he called you when you made 4MM. I wonder if he calls every 4MMer? I mean how many 4MM fliers are there?
