NH F is definitely a big step up from NH J. Service/food on board is as good as LH. Cabin does not feel as elegant as LH, but seats are as comfortable. NH F has their own lounges... two each at both NRT and HND. Very nice but not anywhere near as nice as LH F lounges/terminal in FRA.

PS - Didn't see cfishcher's post when I wrote this, but I think his assessment is spot on.
