I was going to say, right on cue, here comes the SFO-BKK speculation...

If these are all 48 state additions that will be anticlimactic

If I had to guess the DEN route, it will be a seasonal flight to CDG.

Sort of tongue-in-cheek... seems like BKK is the favorite unserved destination of everyone except UA network planners! I think the new 787-8 configuration is a better platform (J:Y mix) to serve it, but at around 6900nm, I don't think it's realistic.

I also doubt it will be BKK, but it will be just my luck if they announce a direct route a week after I book a trip there. They did that to me with both TLV and SIN.

Wasn't there some rumor about UA exploring EWR-SVQ (Sevilla, Spain), or did that die down. It could be a potential summer seasonal. A greater Eastern Europe push would also be nice, but might not work so well economically with well covered MUC/VIE hubs.

Feels pretty logical to me. A 772 should be able to make the trip.
I think EWR will be a new seasonal destination to Europe, but I’d love to see either TPE (if they are going to start using 789s out of EWR, this is doable) or SCL as a northern winter seasonal destination.
SFO is the one where I’m less certain. They have already added it to many existing destinations (eg AMS, MUC, ZRH, DEL) that are served by other UA hubs. Maybe BNE? Finally a flight to South America? Not really sure, mainly because I don’t feel like UA-SE Asia is really a focus outside of SIN. Maybe they do SFO-DPS like I suggested
