I generate a web page with all my upcoming flights, for my own use and for friends curious which coast I'm on. The format for these links is easy:
In other words, customize the four query terms:
Wrapping this for others reminds me of working on a circuit breaker box. Actually easier than replacing a wall outlet, not sure why one would wrap this up in window dressing.

Very cool and helpful! Here's to hoping the new concept of customer service at UA won't kill this tool with the argument that it takes up too much broadband or some crap like that

It's back up now. Looks like my $1 per month VPS server had a slight hiccup. If you see that error again just wait a couple of minutes and try again.

Third-party UA flight status page
Someone posted a link to another website which allows you to check the flight status (including upgrade list) for any flight on any date--not just the five-day range dot com allows. Can someone please provide the link? PM is fine.

Help viewing flight status
I am trying to look up a flight status (by changing the date in the URL) on mobile.united.com but I appear to be useless at it.
Can someone give me a hand.

The Reservations interface will give you seatmaps, and also fare availability. But no upgrade list, or aircraft info (other than type). It is currently showing J9 R7 Y9...so no waitlisted upgrades via miles or instruments.
