My GS kit arrived despite the website saying it hasn't shipped.
But why does UA always have to cheap out? Now the MM companion card is just tucked in there. No luggage tags or drink chits for the companion.

Re-qualified for 1k right after Christmas and still no kit. Got the GPUs/RPUs which are more important.

My wife and I received our lifetime Gold renewals, on time for once. I will add that the new card feels more flimsy and 'cheaper'.

Requalified 1k in early November and kit status still shows "pending." Honestly, this is ridiculous.

Requalified 1K in August and still have "pending" on the website as well. Same for my wife but she requalified in December. Hoping that they are still considering me for Global Services but that's just a pipe dream.....I know!

Ditto. In the past my companion received an entirely separate kit. A noticeable downgrade. But I suppose the loss of drink chits is made up by free drink/food now offered in coach.

No drink chits for my MM spouse/companion, pretty crappy IMHO. Even though we get the first drink free, the 10 extra chits were nice to have given the number of domestic RJ's I have to take with no FC cabin.
