I was driving to BWI this morning to pick-up my brother and right by Gate A that is used as a service entrance as you move towards the BWI terminals there is a small gas farm. One of the tanks has the old UA tulip painted on it.

I don't think they are in any rush in Hawaii. That airport itself has barely been updated since it was built. When checking in for a flight yesterday I noticed the overhead panel read "Premier Executive".
