CC Spend Waiver for PQDs in 2015?

CC Spend Waiver for PQDs in 2015?
Hi Folks! So I have over 55k miles on UA this year, but only $3100 PQDs, which means I am stuck with silver. 
I just got the Mileage Plus Explorer Card, so I can't imagine hitting the $25k waiver limit for FY2014, but I could probably so it for 2015 if I plan on it.
Any word on whether they will also offer the $25k spend limit waiver for 2015? Also, PQMs will still be calculated on distance next year right? I'd love to hit gold next year

The CC waiver will be in place for next year, up to the Platinum level. PQMs are still based on mileage and class of service bonus. Only the redeemable miles are switching to the fare/point based system.
