As an FYI, UA is waiving change fees for all flights to Cabo through December 15 (with a more generous policy though September 30).

AA has started rescue flights, but they seem to be restricted to USA citizens and permanent residents as required by the USA government. I suspect the same is true for the UA rescue flights. Nationalities other than USA and Canada are apparently being evacuated to domestic Mexican airports by the Mexico military.
