Updating my own post. As far as I can tell, my spend was about $45k (some mixed UA-LH flights where it's not easily discernible who got what).

Most of my travel is in BF (only one US-domestic trip this year). I book lowest available non-refundable fare always. On day flights to-from US-EU I often book lowest $ E and try to use upgrades.
Qualified for the first time. 201k PQM, about $45k spend.

Just received my notification.
No idea what the additional benefits will be other than boarding the plane first.
I'm assuming a blonde in a convertible will pick me up for the trip to/from the airport, the staff in Newark will instantly be nice to me, and the masses in the United Clubs at O'Hare will part like the Red Sea upon my arrival.
