Missing Mileage Plus Statement
Anyone having an issues with missing Mileage Plus Statements?

I am completely missing the month of May and need to have a list of my flights during that time for business reasons.
Just talked with United 1K Mileage Plus Agent who happened to be pmCO who told me that information is not available.
ARGH! How is this evening possible in today's electronic age?

I have no idea how or why it happens, but I have noticed that occasionally activity information just disappears off the web...only to come back a short time later.
I have no other advice other than to check periodically to see when it makes a triumphant return....then look carefully to see if something has been "swept" away....
