(non) cancellation confusion
Flying BOS-EWR-MAN.
30 hours out, get notified BOS-EWR is cancelled.
Call 1K line - get rebooked on an earlier BOS-EWR with 5 hour wait in EWR.
10 hours out get notified my entire itinerary has been rebooked via IAD for the next day! I look online and see no reason for this.
Call 1K line, she says because the EWR-MAN is 'not operating' that day.
She rebooks me for the orginal day via DC - actually a better connection and preserves my upgrade.
The website, app, or phone all show the original flight EWR-MAN today (Aug 14) is still schedule on time!
Another SHARES anomoly - book everyone a day later when your original schedule is operating normally???
