Anyone having an issues with missing Mileage Plus Statements?

I am completely missing the month of May and need to have a list of my flights during that time for business reasons.

Just talked with United 1K Mileage Plus Agent who happened to be pmCO who told me that information is not available.

ARGH! How is this evening possible in today's electronic age?
