Decreasing Premier Qualifying Miles anyone?

I went from 43K odd to 4300 odd overnight? Is this also a known issue?
:(

Appears to be. I lost all but 4300 of mine but kept what appears to be all of my segments which is strange.

Another concern I have is I booked an award ticket for a friend flying on march 3rd IIRC and he ended up cancelling it. I haven't seen the miles redeposited and hoping they didn't get lost in the abyss!

Several people have reported it. If you go into your "View Account Details" link and then look at your MP activity, do you see any entries for miles migrated from PMUA MP?

Something like:

Code:

3/3/2012        UA Migrated Premier Miles

More than half of my PQMs gone overnight

Overnight I have been downgraded from 1K to Platinum (and FINALLY received my 1K card in yesterday's mail, AFTER I returned from London, Thanks United!)

and I had been 560 miles short of Premier Gold Status. Now, my little "progress bar" shows that I am halfway to Premier Silver.

I lost more than half of my PQM's overnight.
Oddly, I kept all of my PQS's.
I'm missing half of my RDMs.
I lost ALL of the PQMs I earned flying three times between SFO-ORD in January on the double EQM/RDM promotion.

I had been halfway to 1K as of yesterday. Now, I'm halfway to Silver.

Awesome, United. Just awesome. I'm not even going to waste my time waiting on hold for 3+ hours today to sort it out. I'll wait a week.

I and family members are still seeing our PQMs. None of us have flown since 3/3, so I suspect this is indeed related to new flights posting since the conversion...

Just as a data point I had flights post (old UA from 2/29 and old CO from 3/1) with no adverse impact on previous totals. So it is not universal.

Good morning. Still missing 65K miles from PMUA that were there yesterday, and not there today.

It appears obvious that the posting of the post-2/29 data (albeit, this too is incorrect with the reduced mileage  ) triggered some kind of removal of everything else.

I would like my miles back , has anyone tried calling the MP Elite 10 hour wait queue?

Were your previous totals posted to PMUA or PMCO? You're the first one today reporting that it didn't happen

Were your previous year-to-date earnings on your PMCO OP account, or were they migrated over from your old PMUA MP account?

I just had flights from 3/2 post this morning without wiping out my previous PQM totals, but all of my previous PQMs for the year were earned on my OnePass account.

I'm wondering whether this problem is only affecting PQM totals migrated from PMUA MP accounts.

That seems to be the pattern so far. My single PMCO flight this year (as well as PQMs posted post-3/3) are in tact, it's the remaining 65K miles on PMUA that were there yesterday that are no longer there today.

Oddly, the segments stayed correct, as well as the account history, the miles just somehow mysteriously disappeared.

Using United E-certificates for one-way flights?

Will we be able to use our United E-certificates for one-way flights? I've tried but get an error message. Is this something that is being corrected? When will it be corrected?

Booked a flight for 3/8 on 1/20 and cancelled within 24 hours, with refund. That reservation now shows up as ticketed and confirmed after the system merge (I have another reservation for the same days with different times booked two days later, which also shows up).

I also have a flight 3/22 - 3/26 that I want to change to 4/12 - 4/16. When I try to make the change it prices the 4/12 flight at $164 and the return also at $164, then the total comes out as $463.26 + $74.94 = $538 (not counting change fee). So I'm baffled how $164 + $164 = $538; the new Continental + United math. Just try to call the Elite line: hold hold hold busy busy drop.

C-class booking suddenly coach

I booked a business class ticket last september for BRU-ORD-SFO (UA973) departing 03/23. Just checked this morning and my booking was listed as Z-coach with no seat assignment. Fortunately my original seats 7A/2A were still available. I phoned United and it took about one hour to fix this glitch. I wonder what would have happened if I would not have checked my reservation in advance?
