750,000 or so to 1,200,000. Nice. All those Lufthansa and SAS flights!

This is incorrect. You can still apply FEQM to your 2011 OnePass EQM balance through some time in March. This can be done automatically via a button on the account summary screen unless you already have more than 75k EQM for 2011. In that case you'll have to call in and ask for them to be transferred. You must also specify which elite year you wish to have them applied to. If applied to 2012 they will nt count toward lifetime. If applied to 2011 they will.

nice bump

788,000 to 1.1 million. Does United send you anything confirming your new status?

850k to 1.1M

Kind of bummed, as I wanted to mark the million mile flight. Guess I'll just have to wait for 2MM.

1.67M to 2.4M

Had I remotely kept up my 2005-2008 flying rate the last three years (300K BIS/year, mainly B,Z fares, 85% UA and LH), I'd be pushing to lifetime GS. But sitting on my butt on the ground and not using planes as sleeping pods has also had its charms.

mileage bump

I went from 843K approx to 953K! puts me in striking distance to do it myself before the consolidation. I got a IAD-SAN coming up and an IAD-FRA. The race is on. I'd rather do it myself then let the computer.

Now that the miles have been adjusted for everyone, going forward United continues to count only butt-in-the-air miles towards Million miles status as it did before the adjustment.

I wonder what lies beyond 4 Million?

Well Tom got a plane named after him at 10MM and a promise he would never have to fly anywhere without sitting in the pointy end of the plane...
