The TK 787 offers 1-2-1 seating in J as follows (see post #1):
Odd rows: A (window) [aisle] E&F (honeymoon seats, console at the aisle) [aisle] K (window)
Even rows: A (window) [aisle] D&G (seats closer to aisle, console in between seats) [aisle] K (window)

Please note that as of August 11th, it is not possible to select seats on the TK website or in the TK app. Also, the hotline seems to look at an outdated seat map and does not see all seats.

That's the general consensus

According to this picture, yes. Although if you want to look out of the window, I would probably still go for an odd-numbered row. These rows have the head/privacy screen on the aisle side. In the even-numbered rows, it seems to block part of the window...

Thanks for the pic. But, even in the even-numbered rows, won't the screen / head privacy 'SCREEN' still be on the aisle-side?

The screen would be alternating between window and aisle as you can see in this picture. However, I am not sure if and by how much the screen would block the window.

From that angle I guess both sides of the seat have the same dimensions and it depends on the position of the window whether the privacy protector partly blocks the outside view. e.g. in the last row.

For me this is a no brainer. Don't forget the added amount of privacy you get by choosing a seat closest to the window. I've seen reports on SQ's 787-10 which is the exact same seat with different colors, you can still see out the window despite the seat shell, yes you'll have to move abit but that's a tradeoff I'm willing to take all things considered.
