Help me reach E status, 850 miles short...
Planning a trip to Asia in November, is there anything I can take between BKK and KUL or SIN that will earn me points at a decent value? My other option is a VIE-IST mileage run by Dec 31st but with the now 25% miles V fare it won't give me enough miles :/

How about something like BKK-CNX-BKK same day in business class for 207-223 EUR (Sep 1 used as a sample date), C fare earns 150% miles flown, i.e. 738mi * 1.5 = 1107

Chiangmai is too nice to simply use for a mileage run. Probably you-re already planning to include it in your November trip to Asia: but if not, it-s worth at least a few days. The weather should be nice in November and pretty cool at night.

Thanks guys, my one problem is that I have a flight with TG which involves a third strike so I'm afraid to take them in case they deny boarding once I arrive in BKK :/
My destination is Singapore, would LOVE to see CNX but not enough time :/

Wilko,
If you have time in BKK, TK has a good oportunity between BKK-SGN for MR in same day with TK68/TK69.
Semi-Flex ticket r/t (2x500mi) for 159 or J (2x1600mi) for 285.
I 'll try this route in couple of weeks for qualify my E+ status.

If you want to run, make sure it's TK OP flight because otherwise you might have trouble registering the miles into your M&S account. Our AC flights back in June have not been credited.
