Istanbul-Kabul-Istanbul

Does anyone have any more news on the Istanbul-Kabul route, announced on 21 January for some time in 2010? This would seem overdue, given Turkish Airlines' strong presence elsewhere in Central Asia...

IST MNL is what I need as well... I hate TGS at IST but let's just say they are a class act compared to Aeroflot at SVO. (Similar status both carriers)
