Downgraded from 777 F to 340 C with not compensation for 3 months!
I was downgraded from 777 F to 340 C in mid Apr from IST / HKG. They had agreed to refund only HK$ 4910 (difference between F & D) instead of HK$ 7730 (difference between F & J lowest booking business class).
After many emails without progress, I have to give in 2 weeks ago. Till today, I have receive the refund.
Please think twice before purchasing F class tickets, since TK often changed their aircraft!
