There are diffrent partnerships that TK did,
for example if you live in Turkey,
you could buy fuel from Opet, and get a mile per 1TL spent = 14TL( about 7 Euros) would do the work for you.
You can also try to stay at their partner hotels(includes Hilton,Swiss, Hyatt,Kempinski groups) or rent a car from Hertz, Avis, Budget, National, Sixt etc.
