In Detroit, they told a couple that arrived while we were being processed that basically if they had time they'd see them early, but if people showed up for their appointments, that the people with the appointments at that time had priority. My guess is they got to the couple early, because my wife and I were there about 30 minutes early, and we left before our scheduled appointment time.

Thanks...applications submitted.

Applied on 5/2/13 for me and the wife and still "pending review"?

Seems it is taking a while for several others also. We have only lived in the US and are citizens with no arrest record. Shouldn't be that hard to review us.

Same here...applied 5/2. Tick tock. Maybe there is an upswing in apps due to anticipated summer travel?

From the moment you get your conditional approval, anybody here have any idea how long it takes to get an interview appointment at SFO? How long after the interview does one get full access Global Entry?

Access to the program is immediate after you have been approved. Most people receive the approval notification and status change on GOES either during or shortly after the interview (several hours, mine took about two hours).

Data points: Applied 5/1, Conditional Approval 5/16; PHL is still booked until the end of July, had better luck at a fairly close location for 6/1.

Still pending approval and are at 2 weeks today.

Since PDX is new hoping interviews will be available and not too booked up.

Applied: 5/2
Still waiting, I am pending review.
Only lived in the US, not int'l travel in the last 5 years, 2 address in 10 years, airline employee

I should be a quick review. I am assuming summer travel is causing a bit of a slow down.

Applied for myself + 2 teens 4/28, conditional approvals 5/12, booked earliest available ORD appts 7/25.
On 5/16 saw one open slot for the next day and took it.
Agent let me bring in the 2 teens and processed all 3 of us, maybe 20 minutes total.

Note: at 11:15 they were not busy, but at noon the waiting room was full.
