APC might be of use but it's not at all airports yet.
Also, the link mentions you still have to see a CBP officer after the kiosk, do you still have your passport stamped? I'd be happy if not, mine's pretty full.

The UK program is not particularly available for those of us on this side of the Pond. The two governments need to work out a mutual program and make it available. The US says it won't expand GE until the Brits make theirs more accessible and vica-a-versa.
