I'm going on 8 months and haven't seen anything posted in a while? Have they shut down conditional approvals now? Not that we're going anywhere for a while..

Applied September 9, 2019. Still waiting on conditional approval. When I spoke to someone at the Blaine, WA office about a month ago, they estimated an 8-month wait time. Currently at 158 days, or just over 5 months. I'll be surprised if I'm approved before May 2020. |

US applicants applied on 2019.07.05. Conditionally approved on: 2019.08.29 (1st kid) 2019.09.12 (2nd kid) 2019.09.22 (3rd kid) 2020.02.15 (dad) 2020.05.09 (mom) Multiple calls and emails to both Canadian and US sides didn't help much, but they were all nice, nevertheless. Registered just to add these data points as this thread has assuaged much anxiety from waiting for so long; much thanks! |
Applied Aug 28, 2019. Received conditional approval May 1, 2020. I'm hoping to drag out the scheduling of the interview till a later time as I have no intentions to visit/transit via the US anytime soon due to COVID.

Applied September 15, 2019. Received conditional approval May 13, 2020. Looking to schedule an interview for the last part of June. My wife and 2 adult children received their conditional approval in under 2 months. My minor child applications is still waiting for conditional approval for at least 5 months now. |
