I applied January 26th, 2018 and received my Conditional Approval notice online Today February 28th, 2018. Furthermore there are plenty of openings at my local Enrollment Center in Downtown Detroit starting tomorrow (and pretty much every day after has multiple openings).

There were a lot of middle of the week appointments available at Niagara. Does anyone know how quickly we get our Known Traveller Number? Do I have to wait to get the physical card, or is it updated on the website as soon as you get approved?
Also, the CBSA have updated their published wait times to 20 days (as of 2/28/18)

Interviewed: March 21, 2018 (YYZ)
Approved: March 21, 2018
Card Reported Missing: April 17, 2018
Card Re-mailed: April 18, 2018
Card Arrived: April 24, 2018
When I was approved on March 20, I immediately went online to find the next available appoint, which was in Fort Erie on March 21. However, late last night, I checked availability again and there was an opening on March 21 in Mississauga (YYZ) so I switched because it was more convenient. Also, when I checked availability initially on March 20, there was availability through 6.45 pm on that day (same day as conditional approval).
The officer said that my card should arrive in 2 weeks.

After receiving your NEXUS card, you need to activate it within 30 days. When you cross Peace Bridge using your NEXUS card, NEXUS card is sufficient. I do carry my U.S. passport with me just in case.

I had by email by the time that I finished getting my iris scanned at the Canada location. Was told my card should arrive in 7-10 business days in a plain, unmarked envelope.

I gave my NEXUS interview at a land crossing one day ago. Every forum I look, people get their approval email immediately or within a few hours. Has anything changed between 2017-2018 that approvals now take longer? I think my interview went well, the CBP and CBSA officers were very friendly and I honestly answered all their questions and had all documents ready. My record is clean and I'm a law abiding resident. I am a US visa holder and a Canadian PR, currently living in US till end of this year.
Timeline: Conditional approval: March 14, 2018
Interview scheduled for June Seattle Boeing within 30 days, then rescheduled to Land crossing: April 5 2018: Interview done.
Approval email: No email confirmation yet (April 6, 2018).
Note that my land crossing Nexus office is only open Tues and Thursday.
So you got the approval email two days after you gave interview? The location you interviewed at, is it open every day? I gave my interview at a land crossing yesterday and still haven't received email. The land crossing is open only Tues and Thurs. Maybe my interviewer also forgot to click on Approve ? I will wait for a few days and see what happens. My interview went well, no hiccups so I don't see why they won't approve me.
