BA Customer Relations Response!
I recieved this email from British Airways on the 1st of October to the effect of
they were sorry for the troubles that occured on BA Flight 17 from LHR to SIN on July 8th. I had long written this off, but i'm pleasantly surprised with the gesture!
"As a gesture of our concern, I have arranged for a travel credit in the amount of $500 to be issued for the exclusive use by you or an immediate family member. It may be applied towards the purchase of any British Airways service and is valid for one year from September 30, 2004. The credit may not be refunded or extended beyond the expiration date."
^ Way to go BA! Cheers- Wheresdg
