Mathew was right, the answer is No, UA rolled out Polaris on ALL flights not just some. BTW, I swear you posted this report before, I remember the diversion.

The United app showed the J-cabin as Polaris - in Nov 2016.
UA rolled out Polaris on ALL flights not just some.
