My employer recently sponsored a class based on Bob Sutton's latest management book, The No @sshole Rule.
The book's actually quite pleasant to read, and definitely needed at my company
In checking out Bob's blog, it appears he's tailored a quiz for the frequent flyer set . . . good luck !

(I scored a solid 24/24 ^)

I'd like to think that the couple points I scored are not the ones that would harm others, such as unbuckling 3 seconds before the plane stops.

O to 2 - If your answers are true, you are a flying angel, not a flying arse. I hope to see you on my next flight.
I do not help others with their luggage... if you cannot handle it yourself, then check it. I also unbuckle my seatbelt on occasion before we have parked.
But, otherwise, a pretty good frequent flier!

On my flight back on Friday, someone asked the guy next to me to grab his bag. This was shoved into the overhead so tight that a crowbar should have been used to pry it loose. He yanked on it, and the handle broke. While the bag's owner didn't sweat it at all, if he had been a flying arse, things may have gone downhill pretty quickly.
If it's an elderly person who obviously needs help in getting their small bag up, no problem... but if it's someone who overpacked and was unwilling to check something that large, they should deal with it. I'm not throwing out my back because you decided to throw all that extra stuff in your bag...

3/24 - I like to look out of the world far too much... and the extra cans of coke are always good when I really don't have the change for the coke machines....
