I scored 1/24 - this is also the one that I don't agree with.

On my flight back on Friday, someone asked the guy next to me to grab his bag. This was shoved into the overhead so tight that a crowbar should have been used to pry it loose. He yanked on it, and the handle broke. While the bag's owner didn't sweat it at all, if he had been a flying arse, things may have gone downhill pretty quickly.

If it's an elderly person who obviously needs help in getting their small bag up, no problem... but if it's someone who overpacked and was unwilling to check something that large, they should deal with it. I'm not throwing out my back because you decided to throw all that extra stuff in your bag...
