I had it on LH but I'm no caviar expert - I can't tell you what kind of fish was involved or whether a true connoisseur would consider it "real".
It was a nice presentation though...served with vodka, of course.

They still do serve caviar in CX F and I think it is Tsar Nicoulai. Appetizer on TPACs has been the same for a while ... caviar with salmon, accompanied by the usual egg white/yolk, onions, chives ...
