How early to check-in Newark to Toronto?
Question: My wife is flying Newark to Toronto at 7:10am. How early should she be at the airport with no luggage to check-in? I travel a lot domestically, and if I'm there 60 minutes before departure that's plenty. I'm just not sure with "international" flights (if Toronto is considered international).
Any advice?

Aside from checking in at an international desk (if it's CO) which had fewer gate agents and the inability to use the kiosks, it's no different than travelling domestically, save for the passport checks.

Check your airline's website, or call them. You did not specify airline.
Most airlines have to "close" the flight at least 30 min before departure. I am not certain why, could be TSA related.
Mexico and Canada are international by definition but tend to have more relax rules than other destinations. But still more stringent than for US destinations.
