No, but Northern Ireland (=UK-GB) does, though I find that Americans who for many years funded the terrorists there tend to suffer a bit of a mental block on this when thinking of the UK.

Since we are doing states now, I've been in all except Alaska and North Dakota. Many "middle" states were visited on long cross-country driving vacations with my parents when I was growing up (like Florida to the Seattle World's Fair and back, taking the southern route, then up the West coast on the way there, then a northern route back home to Florida).
