The addition of new ones has slowed down significantly in recent years, but recently added Jamaica (#156) - but only two more new ones this year.
While my 20s were a flurry of new countries every year, my 30s slowed it down to a trickle, just keep going back to old favourite ones too much!

Sadly, due to the Covid-19 pandemic I have to cancel my planned trip later this month to Africa, which would have put me over 100. Maybe next year! Stay healthy and safe, everyone!
