Need help w/ Marin vs. Santa Cruz CA choice

I also see you've posted htis in Hilton as well...

according to FT rules its not polite to cross post..I realize you want the best shot for info but you need to pick a frum and stick with it.
I think you got a lot of good info in Hilton..but if you want specifics on CA then the CA forum is probably the way to go.
