Thanks. It sounds like priority club only works well for CO, NW, AW and international travelers, but rather worthless for those of us who frequent UA and AA domestic hubs.

I am not going to join a club which requires me to go to a separate terminal and re-enter security when I leave. I will have to point this out to Priority club when I return my rejection in their postage paid envelope.

Cheers Internaut !

Could you buy any chance tell me what lounges they have in London or Frankfurt ?

I actually quite like the idea of having access to different clubs, sounds like a lot better value than the Admirals Club membership..

Looks like I didn't need to. It only ever lets me down when I fly out of terminal 3, MAN and at some airports I have a choice of lounges.

I mostly agree with what you say but everything depends on the positioning of the lounges (if any at some of the smaller US places) and which airports you frequent. Priority Pass do themselves no favours in making you join before you can have the full informaton (you can ask here though).

PP a lifesaver during a 12-hour layover in Lima!

Thin representation in DC area airports is a problem. Nice trick, staff in the DL lounges is a gate agent. If you are on DL, you can check in in the lounge while quaffing a Sam Adams, instead of standing in line at the gate.

From what I can tell, most of the clubs are NW, CO and DL. And these won't do me much good when my flight is leaving from a terminal that is on the other side of the airport.

I also fly a few SWA cities like OAK, BUR, LAS and SAN, but I don't think they have any clubs at these places (though they could sure use a few).

I should probably sign up for the Admirals or Red Carpet, but then I would be shut out when I'm flying the other carrier.

I got this exact same impression. Flying mostly AA it seemed almost useless to me. Although I have an Admirals Club membership now, I'm going to go for a Quantas Club membership soon when I have to renew. Access not only to the Quantas lounges (which I never go to except the new LAX AC/QC), but also the AA and US lounges via reciprocal agreement, all for less than the price of just the Admirals Club membership.

To join the Club, do you need to know how to correctly spell Qantas?
