Debora, I received an e-mail from you as well, though it was not full of flames. You actually apologized for any offense you may have caused me, which I thought was a good step to take.
Here is an idea:
1) Perhaps consider editing out the anatomical reference in your first post to this thread - that is what I found offensive and uncalled for.
2) Perhaps reconsider your position on cblaisd and apologize - he is one of the nicest, most helpful and upstanding contributors to these boards.
Just a friendly suggestion, of course.

Do we post about upgrade complaints? You betcha! We all seem to share that in common and thus have something to say. In fact, you will see complaints about things you may never have even thought of when it comes to flying. I'm constantly baffled by what I read. Then again, I make posts which I'm sure baffle others so what goes around does come around.
But you know something, you will also learn about so many opportunities about which you may never have even dreamed. Take a look at the ways FTers have helped others whether it's recommendations for restaurants in Seattle, the best car service in New York, the most miles for your dollar/euro on a mileage run, just about anything. I hope you come to see what a treasure this community of flyers really is.
