FORGET FARE WARS — airlines are in an entertainment war. After years of mostly modest changes in business and first class, many U.S. airlines are entertaining international fliers with bigger video screens, vast compact-disc libraries and computer games. High-paying customers aren’t the only ones seeing the difference.
