Early Packers?

One trip I was still throwing stuff into bags as the driver was waiting for us and I generally work up to the last minute so never again, Im now an early packer.
We generally fly out on a Thursday (long haul) so I pack on the Sunday and on the Thursday AM, add toiletries. I also pack for my husband, his job to it have all his stuff ready for me to pack on the Sunday.
