Priority Pass Card never arrived

Priority Pass Card never arrived

Today is the 17th days after I paid for Prestige Membership, and it's never arrived. 5% of my money are already lost for nothing. and I start to doubt this is a SCAM.

Have you called/email to ask about your membership card?
Lots of people have PP, so it's not a scam.

Have you called/email to ask about your membership card?
Lots of people have PP, so it's not a scam.

Have held PP for a while and it is a wonderful program. Definitely not a scam. Call in and ask, their CS is usually good.

PP works, and it does take a while for the card to arrive.

Also you fly enough to warranty PP, but only have $7900?

I think that is the % of the "fee" year gone.

I guess this is a part of their marketing strategy, they made you believe you paid for 1 year pass, but actually you can only use it for 11 month or less?

Have you called PP, as some of us have suggested?

If it's that much of a concern, call again once you get your card (or even before, so they can note that it's taken a while to arrive) and politely ask if they'll extend your expiration date by one month, based on your lost ability to use its benefits from time time that you paid to the time that you received the card.

If you go into the conversation without the attitude that they're out to get you just for the heck of it, you'll likely end up with a positive result.
