I see that there are quite a few comedians reading my thread!! I still haven't heard yet if I will be able to get a "fruity" mixed drink though. All I see are wines and beer,

It seems US offers Stirrings brand mojito and cosmopolitan mixes on board:

I assume these drinks are complimentary in first class, as they are on DL.

The kicker is the guy's a Chairman's on US.

Anyway, my upgrade cleared for tomorrow and I'm seriously considering shorts. I always opt out of the Nude-O-Scope, so having a TSA employee grope my naked legs and feet should be entertaining.

Thank you for the welcome. I have posted and read threads on cruisecritic and never realized you guys were "around." I know I will get lots of tips before I fly next. Again, thanks so much!

You mean this?

[b]What NOT to WEAR on the plane...

(I don't know what the "[b]" prefix means.)

How did I miss that one?

But thanks for finding it. My favorite part was the bit about Dalton.

My favourite bit was how he started the thread as The Editor of Vogue and according to his profile, which kept changing as he got found, ended up as something like Fashion Associate, which sounds like the name you give The tea boy

I remembered it for my part in taking down a pretentious poseur.

Two after effects of that remain:

1. That poster stayed on FT;

2. Although the FT politburo allowed him to change his user name, even now, years later, there is still a tag reminding everyone who he was. Another bad legacy of the former website owner is that there are no second chances on FT. Even parochial school was not this bad.

The only clothes you can't wear in F are my clothes. They're taken.

Are you saying FT is like your permanent academic record?
