Don't worry, you did anyways. Some of us have jobs where we are locked away in a back room and dont get to travel much.
8) They produce light art. Some amazingly impressive stuff. Here is an example: http://uva.co.uk/work/volume . Personally events are usually a good driving factor for some of my trips. For instance the reason I even went to London both the first and third time was because of Kinectica - a kinetic art festival, and a light art show.
10) Well so much for that one then. I guess it is Milan or bust.

-Hike the Annapurna Circuit
-Ride the Orient Express from Moscow to Beijing (or vice versa)
-Ride the Beijing-Lhasa rail line
-Travel overland from Lhasa-Kathmandu, hitting Everest Base Camp along the way
-Attend an Olympics
-Retrace the original Route 66
-Drive from Key West to Barrow (or Fairbanks, if that's as far as I can get)
Those are the big ones. There are countless other travel experiences I hope to have, as well.

Visit every country in Europe (geographical, not the EU) - up to 19 at the moment though that does include my home nation
Chernobyl (we were planning to go this spring but thought better of it)
Uzbekistan, especially Samarkand
Terracotta warriors/ China in general
Nepal, I don't want to climb Everest but i'd love to see it in the flesh.

What's on my list is to go on eBay motors and find an older car I'd enjoy having as a Sunday driver, something early 70's probably. I'd find it far away from Durham, fly there, buy it, and drive it back on all back roads having adventures.

Numerous Eurpoean countries
Numerous South American/Central American countries
Finish the last few SE Asian countries (keep going back to Thailand every

Visit 100 countries before we hit 50
'Relations' with ladies from every country (currently higher # than the # of

And on and on
