flyertalk.com/welldone

While I am still drunk with sleep deprivation it might be a good time to start another thread to highlight the positive experiences!

[WellDone]
  • To CX for welcoming me on board personally on each flight by at least 3 crew members making me feel like a celebrity.
  • To CX for apologizing for not upgrading me (??) but making it up to me by keeping the seat next to me free on both my flights (and these were already exit row seats).
  • To the wonderful Lounge staff at the IC Makati City (PH) for making my first hour here already feel like a warm bath.
[/WellDone]

The FlyerTalk version of ba.com/welldone. But I agree, there is no association between the real ft.com and well done.

With henkybaby praising the parts British Airways cannot reach, let's move this over to the TravelBuzz! forum.

OK, if it's about positive experiences, hats off to the very nice lady at MIA just now who helped me recheck my bag from PTY to SXM this morning allowing me to jump the queue as I was a valued one world member! ^I hadn't realized MIA customs clearance took a good hour, is it always like that?

And also the extra free drink vouchers from the lady at the Admiral Club entrance who told me "you look like you could use a drink, so here's a couple more" - I'm still wondering if that's an insult or not! 2 hours to use 7 drinks vouchers, will I do it?

Y!

This was the reason it was originally in the BA forum. CX always treats me a lot better than BA for being a BA Gold.

How about FAs?

AFAIK, in-flight service is the one which always has issues...
