OK, if it's about positive experiences, hats off to the very nice lady at MIA just now who helped me recheck my bag from PTY to SXM this morning allowing me to jump the queue as I was a valued one world member! ^I hadn't realized MIA customs clearance took a good hour, is it always like that?
And also the extra free drink vouchers from the lady at the Admiral Club entrance who told me "you look like you could use a drink, so here's a couple more" - I'm still wondering if that's an insult or not! 2 hours to use 7 drinks vouchers, will I do it? |
