Shortest way? Direct 
Well not many options on *A. SQ DPS-SIN-BCN and then onward flight to MAD. Other and likely better option will be TG DPS-BKK-MAD, but not every day.

But as this question is a little vague and I take it you would like to fly with any carrier, and not particularly with SQ, it does not belong here on the SQ forum.
