Well not many options on *A. SQ DPS-SIN-BCN and then onward flight to MAD. Other and likely better option will be TG DPS-BKK-MAD, but not every day.

RE: To your question, the fastest and shortest way might be with KLM. Direct flight via SIN to AMS and then transfer to MAD.
