As of today, Delta has requested that we no longer offer to you any information on ExpertFlyer pertaining to Delta. Since our inception almost 10 years ago we have accessed Delta information through a GDS where they publish information for the benefit of various travel providers.

If the data are publicly published through the GDS, how does Delta stop you accessing it?
And since Congress and the DOT have not done much (anything?) to protect consumers' miles, DL can discriminate as much as it wants with award availability information. |

How will this affect code shares? If I flight is coded AF or KL, but on DL metal, will it come up in a flight availability search?

The addition of awards and upgrades from US Airways operated flights will complement the existing American Airlines operated award/upgrade data currently available to subscribers of ExpertFlyer. In addition Flight Alerts can now be created for award and upgrade inventory for US Airways operated flights.
The newly supported classes are: O - First - Award/Upgrades, also complimentary Preferred upgrades into First I - Business - Award/Miles Upgrade J - Business - Upgrades into Business using Certificate upgrades for ALL applicable routes (not just PHL-TLV) X - Economy – Award This information is now available via the Award & Upgrade search tool. As per American management: “We are pleased that customers who choose to fly US Airways will now have the same service from ExpertFlyer that they have had for American Airlines flights,” said Cory Garner, American’s managing director – distribution. “This agreement provides another step toward a more seamless customer experience during the integration of our two airlines.” We hope that you enjoy the new addition to ExpertFlyer. -The ExpertFlyer.com Team |

Good for you on the US capability.
Is this seamless with AA routes now? By that I mean, will EF bring up itineraries with AA and US flights connecting with one another? |
Nice to see that for AA/UA. Too bad DL screwed us and blocked everything from EF recently. Nice contrast between the two airlines and the lack of transparency from Delta.

seeing X on AA
Do you think we will ever be able to see X availability on AA more than 24 hours before flight time? the way it was in the early days of EF?
